About
Urban Harvest is a sustainable agriculutre project that grows fresh food for senior and childhood hunger programs, while providing agricultural education through field trips, after school activities, and public tours.
Urban Harvest welcomes volunteers of all skill levels. Volunteer work includes pulling weeds, composting, and other garden maintenance projects.
Be prepared to get dirty!

Requirements
- Please do not wear flip flops or sandals. Smashed toes make us sad.
- You'll be working outside. Dress according to the weather. Don't forget hats and sunscreen!
- If you're under 18, please fill out a Parental Consent Form and bring it with you.

Be aware that the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma is a tobacco free facility and smoking is only permitted in private vehicles.
